Behind the scenes content and filming policy

Filming takes place at some Bloom Branding Photography shoots. Filming generally includes behind-the-scenes content of Joanna (founder and lead photographer) directing and photographing clients to demonstrate to prospective clients what happens during a headshot, personal branding or business branding shoot. Filming is captured by Joanna, or her assistant, on an Apple iPhone.

Video usage

Video footage captured during Bloom Branding Photography shoots may be published on the company’s promotional channels; including websites, social media feeds, printed collateral and advertising.

Always positive

The footage that we select for sharing or publication always positively reflects our clients, and usage always comes from the perspective of celebrating you, your offerings and achievements, as well as the education of prospective clients around the strategy and benefits of a headshot or branding photo shoot.

Notifying clients

All photography sessions include a contract to be signed by our clients prior to booking, with a link to this policy for further information and the opportunity to opt out, prior the photo shoot.

Opting out

If you would like to restrict the use of video footage being used on particular channels or platforms, or you would like to opt out entirely and not be filmed, please email joanna@bloombranding.com.au.
